MARS Junior Roller Derby
MARS Junior Roller Derby is committed to providing a high-quality and enriching experience for all participants. As part of our operational structure and commitment to maintaining the quality of our programs, we have established a "No Refund Policy" for all registration and associated fees. By registering and participating in MARS Junior Roller Derby programs, all participants and their parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. **Non-Refundable Fees:** All registration fees, including but not limited to membership fees, season fees, event fees, and any other associated charges, are non-refundable. Regardless of the reason for withdrawal or non-participation, fees will not be refunded or credited. 2. **Cancellation of Participation:** Participants may cancel their participation in MARS Junior Roller Derby programs at any time. However, participants who have chosen the monthly payment option will be charged for the current month of cancellation, and billing will end the following month. Fees paid beyond the current month will not be refunded. Please note that monthly billing only applies to participants who have selected the monthly payment option. 3. **Unforeseen Circumstances:** In the event of unexpected situations such as injuries, medical conditions, family emergencies, schedule changes, or other unforeseen circumstances, fees will remain non-refundable. 4. **Event Cancellation:** In the rare event that MARS Junior Roller Derby is forced to cancel an event or program, participants may be eligible for a credit toward a future event or program at the discretion of the organization. 5. **Acknowledgment:** By submitting payment for any MARS Junior Roller Derby program or event, participants and their parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this No Refund Policy. MARS Junior Roller Derby is dedicated to delivering a safe, supportive, and enriching experience for all participants.
